Bryonie is a human resources practitioner with over ten years' experience in both the public and private sector. She has significant experience in the areas of staff recruitment and staff relations, including staff agreements and inductions, staff development training, resignations, disciplinary actions and pay enquiries. A key part of her work is to guide managers in a number of areas to ensure HR best practice.

Specific areas of expertise include: business restructures, providing assistance throughout the employee lifecycle from advertising, employment agreement, performance management to exit, business policies, procedures and guidelines.

Her experience crosses many industries from manufacturing, fast moving consumer goods, and business services to education.

Angela is a senior business analyst with a passion for bringing value to business-technology projects. He also specialises in advising on all aspects of employment law and industrial relations. In addition to Mark's legal expertise, he has also worked as HR Director for a large IT company where he was responsible for all aspects of human resources.

Angela is an experienced senior manager and leader having operated in Commercial, Cooperative and Government businesses.

She has experience with complex pricing models and the introduction of models to better support efficiency and profitability as well as sound financial knowledge and analytical skills.  Angela has a demonstrated skill for training and development and has both written and delivered training in the past.  Angela is adaptable and is able to apply her knowledge and experience to a broad range of industries.

Peter has more than 20 years experience as a transformation and change consultant working extensively in the areas of business strategy, organisational transformation and change, organisational development, and business improvement.  His experience has seen him working in challenging and complex situations across numerous industries and sectors. Peter has a particular focus on ensuring organisations get the results they need from the investment they make in transformation.
