Her experience crosses many industries from education to the motor industry, emergency services to the Ministry of Justice. Fiona has a talent for leading and supporting significant programmes of work where her ability to consult with stakeholders and engage teams in the development of solutions and ownership of project responsibilities have been a strong feature in their success.

Jen Church



As a senior consultant with experience across many industries, Jen brings to Chard Consulting Ltd a broad portfolio of skills - though will often label herself as a writer and strategic thinker. 


Jen has a reputation for generating solutions ‘outside of the box’ and delivering high-standard projects to deadline.  She is not afraid to ask the hard questions and is quick to see both unexpected challenges and opportunities.

Bryonie Phillips

Bryonie is a human resources practitioner with over ten years' experience in both the public and private sector. She has significant experience in the areas of staff recruitment and staff relations, including staff agreements and inductions, staff development training, resignations, disciplinary actions and pay enquiries. A key part of her work is to guide managers in a number of areas to ensure HR best practice.

Specific areas of expertise include: business restructures, providing assistance throughout the employee lifecycle from advertising, employment agreement, performance management to exit, business policies, procedures and guidelines.

Caroline Hilderink



Caroline is an experienced and effective advisor with a track record of delivering measurable results. She is a successful project manager who has implemented a wide range of performance improvement projects, and a qualified Chartered Accountant with an extensive background in senior executive positions in accounting and financial management. Her experience crosses many industries from manufacturing, fast moving consumer goods, and business services to education.

Specific areas of expertise include: focusing on achieving results and persistence in the pursuit of goals; the translation of challenging goals and objectives into achievable steps; the ability to build committed teams who consistently meet deadlines; and a high standard of competency, initiative and organisational acumen.

Angela is a senior business analyst with a passion for bringing value to business-technology projects. Angela is adept at clarifying the business problem or opportunity; distilling the differing messages and needs of stakeholders; leading the analysis process to explore and capture business needs, and validating they have been met in the final solution; facilitating dialogue and decision making; advocating for business stakeholders; creating common understanding between the business and technology stakeholders, and; assisting with the definition of business user acceptance testing.

Angela Wilson

Mark Rees-Thomas



Mark predominantly works with businesses and Government agencies in change management programmes including the outsource of services. He also specialises in advising on all aspects of employment law and industrial relations. In addition to Mark's legal expertise, he has also worked as HR Director for a large IT company where he was responsible for all aspects of human resources.

Angela is an experienced senior manager and leader having operated in Commercial, Cooperative and Government businesses.

She has experience with complex pricing models and the introduction of models to better support efficiency and profitability as well as sound financial knowledge and analytical skills.  Angela has a demonstrated skill for training and development and has both written and delivered training in the past.  Angela is adaptable and is able to apply her knowledge and experience to a broad range of industries.
